Carrot Fries!

 

Today I made something called carrot fries and they were super easy and delicious, and tasted great! I took 4-5 decent sized organic carrots and cut them up into fry sized sticks. Then I added the following over top in a bowl with them and tossed them:

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons parsley

2 tablespoons paprika

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon pepper

Then I baked them at 425 for about 25 minutes. So good with my homemade ranch dipping sauce!
